Version 1.1 — Last update: 2025-11-23
These Subscriber General Terms of Use and Sale (“Subscriber Terms”) define the rules applicable to users who access the NetMovIA platform as subscribers or simple viewers.
They supplement the general Terms of Use as well as the Creator Terms for users who publish their own films. In the event of any inconsistency, these Subscriber Terms prevail for use of the service as a viewer.
As of today, NetMovIA is offered with free access and the paid subscription offers described below (Subscriber-Creator Offer, Creator Premium Offer) are in a preparation phase. They describe the expected operation for the future commercial launch and will only become effective at the moment of the official roll-out of paid subscriptions, which will be announced on the Platform and accompanied by an update of the contractual information.
Subscriber status gives access to a collection of 12 viewer avatars. These avatars are purely cosmetic and can be changed freely.
They are distinct from Creator avatars, which are only available once a first film has been validated.
NetMovIA allocates cinema tickets based on the cumulative number of valid views generated by the subscriber.
A valid view is counted when an authenticated user watches at least 80 % of an eligible piece of content, without any fraud or automation being detected.
Important: all works, whatever their duration, can contribute to progression (cinema tickets) provided that the viewing is authenticated, reaches the required threshold and complies with the anti-fraud rules. The same person can generate only one valid view per film for the entire lifetime of the content.
NetMovIA may offer exceptional tickets granted according to non-public criteria. Their existence, conditions and availability may be changed or removed without notice. These rewards do not constitute an acquired right.
NetMovIA offers several subscription levels. As of the date of this update:
Actual quality also depends on the Internet connection, network load and the technical capabilities of the device used.
Prices and features may be adjusted by NetMovIA in accordance with applicable law. The terms in force are those displayed at the time of subscription or renewal.
A subscriber can become a Creator by submitting a first film. The status only becomes effective after validation and publication by NetMovIA.
Monetisation, publishing rules and revenue management are defined in the Creator Terms.
Some of the films available on NetMovIA may be generated by artificial intelligence. Such content may include fictional or stylised elements. NetMovIA does not guarantee their truthfulness or historical accuracy.
NetMovIA processes certain personal data necessary for operation of the service: e-mail address, username, technical logs, viewing history, progression, as well as payment information that may be processed in the future by certified third-party providers once paid subscriptions are activated.
Viewing history is used to:
Full details are provided in the Privacy Policy. The subscriber may exercise their rights (access, rectification, deletion, objection) under the terms described in this policy.
These Subscriber Terms apply for the entire duration of use of the Platform and for the term of the subscription.
NetMovIA may suspend or terminate an account in the event of serious breach: sharing access, piracy, bypassing protections, repeated non-payment, etc.
The subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time from their personal account area.
NetMovIA may evolve its services (avatars, badges, progression, interface, video player) and adapt these terms accordingly.
In the event of a substantial change, the subscriber will be informed by notification or e-mail. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance.
These Subscriber Terms are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute and failing amicable resolution, the competent courts shall be those of the jurisdiction of the domicile of the person responsible for the NetMovIA service, subject to any more protective mandatory provisions applicable to consumers.
