The NetMovIA website only uses cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary for the operation of the service and for navigation comfort. No advertising cookies and no external audience measurement tools (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, etc.) are used as of the date of this policy.

The following cookies and storage mechanisms may be used when you access NetMovIA. They are mainly based on the legal grounds of "performance of a contract" (providing the requested service) and "legitimate interest" (security, technical operation).

• PHPSESSID (cookie, necessary) — created automatically by PHP, it maintains your session and the security of your login (identification, protection against certain attacks). It generally expires when the browser is closed.
• remember (cookie, functional) — remembers your login if you tick the "Remember me" option when signing in. Without this cookie, you will have to log in again on each visit. (Typical retention period: from a few days to a few weeks.)
• nm_cookie_consent (cookie, necessary) — records your choice regarding the cookie banner (for example "Accept" or "Later"). It is only used to know whether the banner should be displayed again and is not used for any advertising tracking. (Typical retention period: up to 6 to 12 months.)
• nmdev (cookie, necessary, reserved for the publisher) — used only during certain maintenance phases or technical testing, in order to give temporary access to versions under development. It is not used to track visitors.
• Local storage (localStorage / sessionStorage) — certain technical settings (for example your monthly/annual choice on the subscription page, a video resume position, or a draft form in the Creator area) may be stored in your browser. This data is not used for advertising or profiling purposes and remains stored only on your device.

Some of the features mentioned (for example the paid subscription page) are currently being prepared and may not yet be available at the time of your visit. The associated cookies and storage mechanisms will only be used once these features are actually deployed.

NetMovIA does not currently use third-party cookies or trackers for advertising or profiling purposes (such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, social networks, advertising networks, etc.).

If such tools were to be added in the future, they would only be activated after obtaining your explicit consent via a dedicated banner, in compliance with the applicable regulations.

You can delete cookies and local data stored by NetMovIA at any time via your browser settings (history, cookies, local storage, etc.).
